Don’t be fooled by little miss angelface in the picture- my daughter is a little rugrat! This morning she thought it would be perfectly acceptable to wake up at 4 a.m., start shouting, giggling and squealing out loud and pulling my hair. We tried and tried to get the little devil to fall back asleep ( “Baby, go back to bed, not even the Teletubbies are up yet!”), but nothing worked so daddy finally got up with her at 6 a.m (“Okay, we’ll go downstairs, but just so you know – we can only play with the toy cars and your toy hammer, because the plushie animals are all asleep”). They came back to bed at some point and now we’re up again, both tired, sleepy and grumpy as hell. Daddy went to work around 8 a.m. . so I hope he’s doing okay and not on the verge of falling asleep behind the wheel. *knocks on wood*
What I’m doing today? Thank you for asking, I’m making party food (3 different types of pasties and mini chicken nuggets… am I forgetting something?) and chocolate cake for 15 people for auntie Madiken‘s birthday party in Haapsalu (another lesson, you’ll thank me once you’ve mastered in Estonian geography). Luckily I love both cooking and auntie M very much, so it’s not going to be much of a struggle. I’ll probably struggle more with trying to look like a presentable human being at the party. 😀
Wow, Sa oled ikka tõesti hea sõber oma sõpradele 🙂 Šokolaadikook ajas juba isu peale.
